Panthers vs Canes

Featured Replies

Big test for the panthers today. They have not played well on the road this season, but they are playing well as of late, winning 4 out of the past 5 games. Had they not allowed atlanta to score 2 goals 1 min apart they would have walked away with a win.

Carolina is the division leader. This game is important because the panthers need to win on the road if they want to make the playoffs. A win and a toronto loss puts the panthers just 5 points behind for the 8th. We also have 3 home games in a row after today.

I will be happy with atleast 1 point

Just to insert a plug here, head on over to my Panthers forum for a game thread tonight. We have them every game. And we'd love it if you joined in on them.

lame penalty vs Niewyndyk to end the game

Panthers lose 4-3

holy crap, Jokinen just got speared

There was a penalty called literally every minute.

Welcome to the new NHL :thumbup

It's a damn good thing the Panthers are pretty good at keeping other teams from scoring on the Powerplay because it seems the Panthers are always short-handed lately.
