now 21-35...im not a kruscek fan (sp?)....I really think that with the size of UCF, and since they've been in d-1a for longer than USF (heck, USF has a new football program!), UCF should be miles ahead of USF...yet USF is about equal, if not a little less.

they arent...i think theyre shooting for 2006?

Then why are they playing a division I-A team in UCF?

Then why are they playing a division I-A team in UCF?

it happens all the time when D 1-A schools play 1-AA schools in the start of the season, i think it has to do with the extra money and trying to be taken more seriously by playing tougher schools to eventually move up

Furman is d-1aa. We played Wyoming (d-1a) in 2001. We played Vanderbilt (d-1a) in 2002. We play Clemson (d-1a) this year. Western Carolina (d-1aa) played NC State (d-1a) Saturday. Wofford (d-1aa) played Air Force (d-1a) Saturday.

It happens all the time. The Gators (d-1a) play FAMU (d-1aa this year) later this year.
