    Well, then how the hell did he get to where he is? Ugh... I can't stand him.

    He was hired by the City Commission and the Mayor.

     

    And obviously is well protected by them.

     

    So until the term of the City Commission and the Mayor are up, expect to see this guy around for awhile. :thumbdown
