MarlinsBaseball.com St. Patrick's Day Contest

Featured Replies

We're very pleased to offer a contest to all of you on this St. Patrick's Day. Beetle was very gracious to offer a great prize for the winner as well as design today's skin for St. Patrick's Day. To comment on the skin, click here.

Here's the contest in a nutshell:

Today, the Florida Marlins take on the Boston Red Sox. You are to guess the attendance for today's game. The attendance number will be taken from the boxscore on ESPN's website. The person who gets the attendance exactly right or is closest should nobody get it exact will win the contest. If there is a tie, the winner will be the person who entered first and the loser(s) of the tie will be given the VIP part of the grand prize.

So that brings us to... the prizes:

Grand Prize

The grand prize will be a Florida Marlins St. Patrick's Day hat (as pictured in the banner here today) autographed perfectly by Lenny Harris as well as a 6 month term of VIP here on the MarlinsBaseball.com Forums.

Runner Up Prizes

The person second closest to the correct attendance will be given a 3 month term of VIP here on the MarlinsBaseball.com Forums. If there is a tie, all who tied will be given the prize.

The person third closest to the correct attendance will be given a 1 month term of VIP here on the MarlinsBaseball.com Forums. If there is a tie, all who tied will be given the prize.

Again a big thanks to Beetle for the Grand Prize, and for the St. Patrick's Day skin.

You may begin entering now.

All entries must be in by 1:05 PM Eastern today
