Jonny Gomes just got his 10th homerun of the year

Featured Replies

Jonny Gomes just homered for the 10th time this season in the top of the first in New York against Mike Mussina. This guy is really impressing me so far. 10 homeruns, 21 RBIs, 18 runs. Pretty good for this point in the season.

Yeah, he's a guy that despite his great power numbers last year really slipped under the radar. Boy that D-Rays outfield is sure crowded, I feel bad for Delmon Young.

good to hear hes doing good, i just remembered hes on my fantasy team. I also got his card from the new MLB 2K6 game :thumbup

he's a beast. i watched the bosox-dray game and gomes parked two homeruns waaay over the monster and hit the buildings across the street ..what's the name of that street again? -landsdowne or yawkey way?

Behind the Monster is Landsdowne, which I find somewhat funny, because of all the baseballs that land there.
