April 28, 200620 yr Not a bad idea actually. Willie can at least be a serviceable leadoff hitter for a team that doesn't want to dish out any money at this point.
April 28, 200620 yr Yeah, that .071 BA is just what we need at the top of the lineup instead of the guy we have now. And didn't we just get rid of the weakest throwing CF in the game? Do we need his AL clone? We're talking about a no-hit (.240 BA, .295 SLG, .309 OBP LIFETIME) guy. I think we already have enough of them. Thanks, but I'll pass.
