Simple question about MLB.tv.

Featured Replies

I am going on vacation in a few weeks and I want to be able to watch the Marlins while I am gone. I am bringing my dads laptop. Will I be able to watch the Marlins games on MLB.tv on my dads laptop? Or will it be blacked out for some dumb reason. I wanted to know before I buy it and then find out I can't get the Marlins.

Thanks.

I'm guessing the games will be blacked out.

Am I correct to assume that you will be leaving the state? I think it depends on the credit card you use to subscribe to MLB TV. They can trace it to Florida and black out the games according to that.

If you subscribe using a credit card for a different region you should be able to see the games. I don't think there is another way around it.

Really? Eventhough I wont be in Florida? MLB.tv is a pest.

I'm guessing the games will be blacked out.

Actually I like it.

How about you just call them and ask?

I might just do that.

Yeah they black them out based on what your location is when you signed up. Sorry Holly!
