July 1, 200620 yr The Marlins are planning on giving Anibal Sanchez a start Wednesday against the Nationals. Brian Moehler's start against the Red Sox tomorrow could be his last for some time. With that kind of matchup, Sanchez wouldn't be a bad play in NL-only leagues. Jun. 30 - 9:36 pm et source: rotoworld
July 1, 200620 yr Author Does that mean he is going to start or could start? I guess it means he could. Make your own conclusions based on what he said. It doesn't sound certain but I think he will. Joe probably wants the vet against Boston so he stuck with Moehler for one last time.
July 1, 200620 yr Sanchez to start: Right-hander Anibal Sanchez isn't going to make a start against his former team. But the rookie is slated for his second big-league start next Wednesday at Washington. Traded to the Marlins last November from Boston, Sanchez is available for long relief this weekend. The rookie made his big-league debut this past Sunday in the second game of a doubleheader against the Yankees. Impressive in 5 2/3 scoreless innings, he scattered seven hits and didn't allow a walk. thats off the Main site, so that pretty much confirms it. gona be alot of fun to see him pitch again

July 1, 200620 yr Moe - Saturday JJ - Sunday Nolasco - Monday Olsen - Tuesday Sanchez - Wednesday Willis - Thursday He's not really taking anyone's spot, but I think they're pushing the other guys back a day so that two of our main starters can pitch in the doubleheader vs. the Mets next weekend, and by my calculations that would be... JJ and Nolasco.
