July 5, 200620 yr I have to come up with a 7 minute little ditty/speech/talk (chalk talk) on this topic. I've got plenty of information about the guy but I'm drawing a blank on how to set up a speech/thingy with the information included. Anyone here creative, because you would be awesome if you were.

July 7, 200620 yr I have to come up with a 7 minute little ditty/speech/talk (chalk talk) on this topic. I've got plenty of information about the guy but I'm drawing a blank on how to set up a speech/thingy with the information included. Anyone here creative, because you would be awesome if you were. You got powerpoint? There's a suggestion. Set up a slide with some pictures. Also, refer to Leonardo as a "modern day Jack Sparrow." or Elton John, your choice. Say that he would have hated "Da Vinci Code" and talk about how his best friend was a corpse named Maude; called so affectionately for his mother, Maude Da Vinci. You really should get into the gory details of Da Vinci being the first guy to study the body, particularly dead ones and how the Catholics of the time got all pissed off and thought him the worst kind of pervert for it. Guy was the first mortician and trying to come up with scientific conclusions as to why people die and how the body works and was threatened with excommunicated for it (among other things). You could also talk about how he coined the phrase "Summertime," which would become a mainstay in human expression and eventually a hit Will Smith song.
