July 9, 200620 yr ok...so that was a terribly heartbreaking loss...but lets look on the bright side for a change...we have 38 wins...which is about 36 more than anyone expected us to have at the all star break, han ram, uggla, jacobs, hermida, and willy have had their ups and downs but on the overall have done way more than we could have expected from rookies...Johnson would lead the NL in era if he had more innings, Olsen(despite being a hot head which is fine by me, because i like fiery types, at least it shows how much he cares about the game) has been great, Willis, after the abortion known as april and may has pitched much much better... Our bullpen has pitched much much better with Tankersly, Kensing(despite the poor effort today) and Borowski has been pretty solid...Also there hasnt been any fire Joe Girardi threads in weeks now...so guys...we split in NY, which isnt that bad(although i realize we could have done better)...Beinfest is looking like the executive of the year and we have a tremendously bright future...that future starts next week...so lets all relax, not hand out blame like its our jobs and enjoy as cabs is in the derby and he and Uggla(who is the first rule 5 pick to ever make the all star game in his rookie year) are in the all star game...just my thoughts...and LETS GO MAAAAAAAALINS(im from mass) :thumbup
