Neubauer and the buyout units of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. offered $33.80 a share, up 5.6 per cent from their May 1 bid. They also will assume about $2-billion of debt, Philadelphia-based Aramark said yesterday in a statement.
August 10, 200620 yr as far as i know, aramark does not work for DS...but i have seen them at other events
August 11, 200620 yr the only place they were associated with in Miami was Miami Arena, which hasnt had an event in about a year
