I don't understand why people judge others based on their demeanor. Too ghetto. Too preppy. Too nerdy. Why can't we just accept someone for who they are instead of holding them to some sort of social standard? To me this is a form of racism. Lots of people put themselves into a ceratin social category and close themselves to others that are too distant from that category.

 

Be yourselves and accept others for who they are, and don't turn a cold shoulder or snob someone who doesn't fit your standards.

Amen, brother. But remember: this is modern day America. There is always some type of discrimination everywhere in this country and everywhere around the world for that matter.

Everyone does it. You prolly do it too. Probably unintentional but we all do it. And by "Everyone does it" I mean everyone judges someone based on their demeanor, not the racism part.. I agree with you all the way too.

i feel ya but nothing to cry a river about. live with it and just don't surround yourself with narrow minded people and you won't see it as often. it's actually not even bad at my school, people hang out whoever the hell they wanna hang out with and call it a day.
