April 10, 200719 yr Wasn't this part of a promotion they were doing? I thought I heard that "Billy the Marlin" was "spray-painting" billboards in Miami too. Plus, the fact that all the Billy videos on YouTube are from the same user with Billy the Marlin in his username seems to me that it is legit, but staged (obviously).
