April 14, 200719 yr Is it too early to worry? He gave up 4 runs in the ninth today, including walking three, blowing his second (I think) save of the season. This guy was pretty automatic for the Jays last season.

April 14, 200719 yr Why worry? It's like 10 games into the year..... he came out of the gate slow big deal. His stuff is too good for him to struggle much longer. His other 3 outings were solid.
April 15, 200719 yr While I don't think I'd be worried, this is just an example of why you don't give relievers that type of money, no matter how good they are. Relievers can lose it mentally and physically very quickly. That said, it is only 2 blown saves. When Mo Rivera blew one early to the Sox last year people were jumping off buildings but he was his usual bad ass self the rest of the year.
April 15, 200719 yr He is injured, thats why he kept leaving the ball up and getting hit hard. Jays JUST put him on the DL today.
