Marlins record last season on this date

Featured Replies

A year ago today Dontrelle got rocked hard as the Braves got 18 hits on us to beat us 9-1. Our record was 9-23.

Last year we had talent and unknown players that got to surprise everyone. The key thing about a sophomore slump is the league now "knows" you so they know how to pitch and hit against you. So don't expect us to be pulling hot streaks out of our @$$ like last year. We should still do better with this more reliable Bull Pen, but now health becomes the deciding factor this year. Hermida, Martinez, Kensing, Johnson, de Aza are some key injuries.
