Well Mitre doesn't usually get good run support and now he has allowed 3 runs. Not good

isnt he getting just over 2 runs of support or something like that on average?

Yea so basically if he doesn't hold them to 2 runs or less the chances are he will leave the game with us loosing. Not saying that is his fault. He has been awesome this year. Just sucks that our offense doesn't help him out.

if im not mistaken, in both his losses we committed 2 or more errors as well...he could easily be 4-0 or 3-1 now

ya...2-out single.... how about a big 2 out hit here? Nah that's asking too much of this team.

Or, to look at it another way, his ERA could be 3.00 or 3.5 by now.

As we've seen in this game, the "difference" between an earned and unearned run is really minimal.

Mitre's better than his record, but not as good as his ERA.

good point...its hard to judge that when i only hear the radio broadcasts

That was actually a good AB from Borch..

And a better job selecting pitches by Meche. He's keeping the Marlins completely off balance.

we going loss team with losing record that way it look like!!!!!!!!!

we are a team with a losing record

I don't care if Sweeney GIDPs, that right there was a bad move.

why?

Teahen is a much better hitter right now
