June 26, 200719 yr Thanks. I get to relieve it all over! First downloading the Hold Steady. Thanks for putting these together. I was next to the guy who was taping the Old Crow Medicine Show set, you guys might be able to hear me go "Woo". Lucky bastards. And I have to reccomend Wilco's set. I've seen them 4 times and this was by far the best they've sounded.

June 26, 200719 yr Regina's set was pretty good from what I heard, though admittedly I saw about half of Gogol Bordella (who were crazy) and then caught the 2nd half of her set. She did a cover of "Real Love" by John Lennon that was just amazing.
June 26, 200719 yr Sweet. I've really started getting in to her recently so I'm curious to hear her in this type of setting. Rodrigo y Gabriela I've heard had one of the best shows of the entire festival. Talk about a band that was made to perform live.

All I saw was her and piano, which was pretty cool, but if you were near the back she was being drowned out by Gogol Bordella. They were ridiculously loud.

June 27, 200719 yr .flac is a lossless audio format. Playable in winamp. Takes up like 10 times the space of an MP3 file, but in some people's eyes (not mine, mostly because my only means of playing music is via my ipod and .flac doesn't play on them) it's worth it. Yeah, the sound on that wilco show is spectacular, thanks for the link. I'm enjoying it. If an audio link of the Hold Steady's show comes up make sure to shoot that my way. Need to relive that performance.
June 27, 200719 yr Flac is the exact same audio quality as CD except a much smaller file size without losing any quality. It is lossless.

I believe thats the name, the one with Elijah Wood where he goes to Russia to search for his ancestors
