Zarate had been in the system for almost seven years. you know what i ment. wasnt he in GCL in 04? he had already put it together in greensbro in 06, i dont care how long he's been in the system, he worked his way up from jupiter to the majors in one season.. if things would have went as planned last year, this guy wouldn't have seen the majors so?
