October 26, 200322 yr lol.. IMO, it looks dumb partly because of the silly picture with the odd-looking toll tunnel hanging above the lane... it looks like they got it out of star trek or something.
October 27, 200322 yr not dumb at all. it is a toll express line for those who need to get somewhere quickly (impossible on I-4) and have sunpass or e-pass. The toll tunnels must be that way so the sunpass/epass can work properly at high speeds.

October 27, 200322 yr its somewhat similar to HOV lanes.... whats the big deal? they don't like the sunpass gates. It is a HOV lane that you pay to get on. It doesn't take away from I-4 like the HOv would though.

October 28, 200322 yr HOV lanes dont necessarily take away from usual highway space if designed properly. In Miami and in most of the old parts of florida, I-95 can only get so wide, so HOV lanes are cycled in and out and are only effective during certain time slots.
