Lee Gardner

Featured Replies

MIAMI -- Marlins reliever Lee Gardner, on the disabled list since April 18 with right elbow inflammation, now is experiencing shoulder discomfort.

Before his elbow injury, Gardner was handling a number of roles out of the bullpen, including long relief. He's appeared in seven games and has logged 6 2/3 innings.

Gardner had an MRI, and his light throwing schedule has been put on hold.
