August 12, 200817 yr personally i couldn't care less about who our kicker is, I'm more worried about our lack of good WR's, a poor D-Line and a young O-Line. That preseason game just showed me the same problems that i saw last year, the dolphins cannot get a 3 and out
August 12, 200817 yr Well the will be in a more natural 3-4 this year and the Oline looked pretty solid actually. I would wait until after preseason before we sh*t all over the dline. I do think they need receivers bad, but with a Pennington in there he will not need a real downfield threat, just a good WR who can catch the ball!

Much like Minnesota last year they had a decent season because of Peterson. I think with Ricky and Ronnie that can carry that somewhat.
August 13, 200817 yr Why the hell was Jay Feely released? He was our offensive MVP (sadly) last year, and easily of the best kickers we have had since Olindo Mare was good.

I never believed in Beck, I never believe QB's from a lower D1 school can succeed in the pros, i believe in Henne, he has similar stats to what Tom Brady had when he was drafted out of Michigan, Henne is in the same path that Brady followed, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pennington get injured early, Henne come in and lead the dolphins to the super bowl :mischief

At least McCown has some career games, he isn't great but better right now than Beck. Sparano in so many words said Chad Henne was the future and they were happy too. I am surprised they didnt try to get a trade for him.

Most likely Beck. He's in his late 20's, and I dont think they would sign and release a QB in the same off-season that easily.
