We would lose Enc, Castillo, and Lee at the minimum to swallow this deal. It just doesn't make sense...we need to go with Castro if this is the case. Hero or not we do not need an old, CATCHER, making that much money for that long forcing us to part with 3 valuable players.

at this point, there are VERY FEW teams willing to give out 3 yr 45mil type contracts. the economy is totally different, and i seriously doubt a team is willing to dish out that much dough just to get screwed a la manny.

 

no team is going to give him that much.
