November 6, 200322 yr Author His main point is that the stadium won't be ready for 3 to 4 years, and that he is banking on the future of Palm Beach and Broward rather than Miami. He SAID Miami will be obsolete once the Stadium is rdy. LOL
November 6, 200322 yr Hank and the other Dolphins/Huizenga shills will give credibility to any idea that thwarts the construction of a new stadium in Miami-Dade.
November 6, 200322 yr He says how can the marlins afford the ballpark with the help of the county, city, and state but then comes around and presents that the marlins could build a ballpark in Palm Beach using their money and Don King's land only? Is there anything going off in the heads of those who believe that Hank has any credibility?
November 7, 200322 yr by the way, just a quick question, if the marlins actually agree to build a stadium in dade county, when will it be ready? for the 2005 season?

November 7, 200322 yr by the way, just a quick question, if the marlins actually agree to build a stadium in dade county, when will it be ready? for the 2005 season? 2007 without delays, 2008-2009 with delays.
November 7, 200322 yr I heard that converstion and Don King kept ranting on about how Palm Beach and Broward made up 65% of the Marlins attendance and that they should stay the Florida Marlins for Florida and on and on and on... Hey Don, stick to what you think you do best and promote boxing.

November 7, 200322 yr We are entering 2004, it being done on time in 2007, would be 3 years of work. The last similar ballpark was Houston's Minute Maid Park. Houston has hurricanes and similar weather and they took from October 30, 1997 to April 7, 2000 (3 years and a couple of months - on schedule) and $250 million to build it. HOK Sport designed it like they most likely will design our new ballpark.
November 8, 200322 yr Yeah, like Don King is so altruistic... The man is all about the money and I would not doubt that if the Marlins franchise were to take him seriously that he would end up ripping them off worse than what Huizenga is doing now... Don King's Mind: *Hmm Lots of Money*Drools*
