July 9, 200917 yr Been up and down the east coast many times, but have never left it. I'd like to go out west and check out California, see what all the fuss is about.. and go see the Pacific NW if I could. Same here Does everyone in California Smoke weed and have house parties, and surf at night? Or is that just in the movies. ''peace Dude'' I didn't see one person smoking weed over there. (But then again the worst city i went through was Inglewood.) But there's plenty of house party's and surfers. Yeah movies and the RHCP over hype smoking weed in Cali but there no doubt people do it, you just have to find the right area.
