Game audio?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of another site besides 790 the Ticket that streams the audio for Marlins games?

I'm not that worried about it being that there's just a handful of games that aren't on TV all year. But the 790(waxy) website shows that it broadcasts the games then everytime I click on it ,it's a talkshow when the game is going on. Though I recall back during the first weekend I listened to the opening night game(vs Dodgers) on their site. wtf..

Radio Mambi also does but it's in spanish, so i don't know how much help that would be.

The reason why they wont broadcast the games on the website, is so that mlb.com/radio (where you have to pay to listen to game day audio) isn't taken a loss by people going to the teams broadcast radiostation website to listen in there.

You can only listen by radio or paying for mlb.com/gameday audio

MLB.com At Bat with Gameday Audio

Basically, what asabater says is correct. MLB has strict rules regarding where and how the games are broadcast. While 790 AM has the rights to broadcast the games over the air, they are forbidden from streaming them on their website. That Dodgers game you mention must have either been a fluke or a one-time promo deal.

yeah ur better off getting the AT BAT and either streaming it off ur phone if ur phone is able to or running it off the PC

at bat isnt all that bad, its a combo of gameday(a little better version of it anyway) and the radio feeds... all of them. for $19.95
