May 11, 201115 yr who is he going to give advice to? if you were a millionaire would you listen to advice on how to make money from a peasant? I'm willing to bet that Wes Helms is david samson personal sex gimp. Brilliant.
May 11, 201115 yr If you're not a good athlete, you are obviously a homosexual! I'm gonna quote myself from twitter last night (which got a retweet from Dan Lebatard ): "Are we as sports fans incapable of criticizing any player without resorting to homophobia or misogyny?"

I'm gonna quote myself from twitter last night (which got a retweet from Dan Lebatard ): "Are we as sports fans incapable of criticizing any player without resorting to homophobia or misogyny?" technically i'm calling david samson a homo? just because wes helms is stuck in a bad position, that does not mean that he likes it? so we can make a case that i did not criticized wes helms sexuality over here, let's stick to baseball please.
May 11, 201115 yr Oh, so you're still a bigot. You cant form a constructive argument so you resort to calling me a biggot.
May 11, 201115 yr Uh... Oh, ok. What kind of constructive argument would you like in response to "David Samson routinely rapes wes helms in order to let him keep his job."
May 11, 201115 yr Uh... Oh, ok. What kind of constructive argument would you like in response to "David Samson routinely rapes wes helms in order to let him keep his job." lmao.. dude i'm a marlins fan too, let's just end this, and enjoy the win tonight
May 11, 201115 yr Hanleys stock is about to crash, we have seen the best of him, I say trade him while he has some value, the guy has regressed since 2009. trade him and leo nunez to texas for Andrus, Borbon, Moreland and O'day, he isn't worth the headaches he is causing, get that manny ramirez wannabe outta here, now if he hit like manny i would put up with it, but with his numbers? ehh bye bye. the guy is a club house cancer, look at the whole thing with Logan Morrison, he didn't sign the cast, GTFOH with that, i'm sure no one even likes him in Marlins team, maybe yeah that texas trade is a downgrade, but whatever the Marlins need to trade him before his stock goes down. Here comes Mr. troll

Great win, though!

May 11, 201115 yr You said you "completely agree" with the guy who said "My guess is Hanley doesn't feel Hanley is getting the proper respect and adulation due to him by his teammates and is taking it out on the team as a result." So you believe he is purposefully sabotaging the team. Which means that when he slams his bat or helmet, it's not out of frustration, it's a front because he's a petulant child. This is, seriously, the dumbest thing I've ever read on this board, and there's some incredibly stiff competition. I think by taking it out on the team he meant with his personal actions. Not signing the LoMo cast and all that. At least thats how I took it. If I'm wrong, I guess I don't completely agree. Thankfully bobbob is not nor has he ever been my spokesman, all representations notwithstanding. I did mean that Hanley was taking it out on the team with his personal actions. And while his whole lack of maturity and perspective has affected his game without a doubt, I don't think he is intentionally sabotaging the team. It is more inadvertent than deliberate. As a side note, I am not interested in the least in the Marlins trading Hanley. Despite all of his personal shortcomings, his talent cannot be denied. He will recover and produce for the Marlins again this season and in future seasons. I am also an optimist in that I think Hanley can change in time. I just haven't seen any progression when it comes to his maturity to date, unfortunately.
