if there were any trades there'd be posts galore all around the board

but there has been a lot of trade news, thats scattered around everywhere here, you just have to dig it up.

Well, it indirectly affects the Marlins because he would have otherwise been going to a team in our division:

Schilling to the Red Sox instead of the Phillies

If there were any news, you'd see:

2 threads announcing the deal,

5 threads praising the deal, 2 of those with predictions of a repeat or a 120-win season,

6 threads to criticize the deal with atleast one poster proclaiming he could ahve gotten more,

2 threads to call the posters who criticize the deal idiots,

1 thread to call the posters who praise the deal idiots,

4 threads to jump on {insert media pundit's name here}'s article regarding the deal,

3 threads proclaiming we should hold out for {insert high-profile free agent's name here},

2 threads from White Sox fans praising the deal and hoping we beat their hated rival Cubs again,

5 new posters who are fans of a player we acquired and have become Marlin fans overnight,

and Keith Partridge in a palm tree.
