We're kindred spirits here, both of our teams are terrible and seem to get off finding embarrassing new ways to lose a game. So which is worse?

My choice? Cishek's wild pitch.

I say Cishek. I mean, all he has to do is softly lob it to the catcher

Wild pitch is worse, I can see someone making the mistake of a balk, but not a wild pitch where all your doing is throwing a ball.

The wild pitch is more rare.

A balk is much less avoidable than an intentional ball being thrown wild. There's a million ways to throw in int. ball that doesn't end up being a wild pitch.

 

There's only one way to f up and balk someone.
