July 27, 201114 yr i actually think the call is right. the first swipe i dont think he got him on the leg and he never touched his arm on the 2nd tag. Are you kidding me? no. he might have swiped his glove by him but he never definitively touched him. I'm glad you aren't an umpire. Swiping him is touching him. All replay angles show a swipe tag. It might have been a much closer play if Lugo had slid directly onto the plate, but instead he stands up short of the plate and then touches it. It's pretty obvious that the catcher's glove made contact with his leg at some point before Lugo stands up from the slide and then finally touches the plate. This is one of the worst calls in recent memory; arguably worse than the Davidson call.
July 27, 201114 yr The mantis on LoMo is hilarious. At the clip's beginning it almost looks like the mantis is beckoning LoMo with his front legs. Like come closer (like the spider to the fly, lol), then it "attacks"/jumps on. If the game wasn't great on its own, the mantis took it over the top. :dancehead Keep going Trader Jack!!! :horse

I went to Montreal in July 04 to watch a weekend series where we got swept :verysad :verysad :verysad Great city!!! Didn't care for the people outside Montreal not wanting to speak English with me but understandable.
