June 7, 201214 yr New user...going to my first game tonight at the new stadium. I've heard some contradicting reports about the temperature when the roof is closed and thought maybe a fan or two could help me find the truth. Heard it is near 75 while others have said more like 85. Opinions or thoughts? Just deciding if i want to wear shorts or stick with pants etc. I know the outside temp should be about 85 tonight at game time. Thx.
June 7, 201214 yr Been there at least 5 times and have never seen it 85 any place I've sat (sect 9, 29, 30, 305, 314) or walked through with roof closed. Now I haven't sat at the VERY top closest to the roof. So maybe somebody else can comment on that. BTW, welcome and ENJOY!!
June 7, 201214 yr I've been 3 times. I've worn jeans each time. First game was a very rainy Sunday 1pm game vs. Dbacks = Comfortable to cool behind Marlins dugout Next game Mother's Day 1pm game = Comfortable in section 3 down 1st base line, jeans and t shirt Last game was 7pm game vs. Rockies = Comfy in jeans and t shirt in Diamond Club (like a boss ) Walking around the concourse I've never felt warm at all. I have never been up to Vista level or above the main concourse.

I've been freezing cold in some seats, perfect in others, and warm in others. Section? Right behind the dugout. About 3 seats back.

June 7, 201214 yr Jeans or shorts, you should be fine...ive sat in the lower level (right in front of a huge air vent) and it was freezing...but then ive sat on the 200 level and it was perfectly fine...so it does depend on where you sit
June 7, 201214 yr I sat in the upper deck about even with 3rd base. It is a little warmer up there, but by no means uncomfortably warm. I wouldn't say 85...maybe 78-80, if that....probably on the lower side of that.
