December 7, 200322 yr it's more than just our O-line... this snow is really 0wning our offense. what a hideous performance. jay cant throw the ball in/with the wind, the receivers cant catch the damn thing, and it seems the only thing we can do is run ricky run... which makes it really easy to stuff us. thank god there have been several missed interceptions instead of the real variety. on third and LONG, we decide to hand it off to ricky. i think it's pretty obvious to the pats that we're terrified of throwing the ball.
December 7, 200322 yr This doesn't surprise me at all. I knew that the fins were in trouble just because of the cold, but the snow is really killing them. Teams from warm weather climates simply don't play well in the cold for the most part. And don't forget, the Patriots have a very good team.

Foxboro has stadium lights, you know... They're actually pretty powerful, you should check them out.
December 7, 200322 yr My thoughts: The O-line isn't great, but this vanilla gameplan is allowing the Pats to do whatever they want on defense. We're letting them dictate everything that happens. When we opened it up against Dallas, it was the D reacting to our offense, but now its the other way around. I know it's snowy and what not, but I still contend you can add some quirks to the playcalling without creating enormous turnover risks. A play-action on first down might do wonders. The screens have potential...NE is bringing a lot of guys. A great play by the DE on New England prevented would could have been a very big play on a screen to Minor. Unfortunately, Ricky sucks at picking up yards on the screen...he kind of just stands around after the catch. We have to at least try something because we haven't even been on their side of the field yet. And Charlie Rogers needs to be fired...again.
December 7, 200322 yr Watching this game is like watching paint dry. But its a HUGE GAME. And the Miami O-Line really has to get it going sooner or later.
December 7, 200322 yr It should be better now. Wind is at the Dolphins' backs. Chambers should get a few more touches. And Ricky has to get a breakaway touchdown atleast once in sixty carries. Edit: woah. 3rd down conversion! Tipped pass and caught! Field goal position!
