Encarnacion grounds out to Matt Williams

4-1

yay

although if Pudge walks...its probably a DP anyway

come on Lowell we need another hit

Lowell hits a shot but foul......man he is killing the ball today.

nice play by Matt Williams.. 4-1 D-Backs

Lowell hits a shot but foul......man he is killing the ball today.

line drive by Lowell stabbed at 3rd by Williams

we cant buy a hit.....when we need one

:banghead

Crap! Smashed the ball again but right at Matt Williams....

Man, Lowell looks like he could just sit there & take batting practice against Dessens. Wish someone else could hit him too.

Wayne's at 100 pitches

1 pitch-1 out for Justin Wayne against Matt Williams

Steve Finley up now....walks

solid job by Wayne though....104 pitches 5 1/3 inning 4er

in comes Toby Borland

oh no.. here comes a tired bullpen.. the horror! :plain :confused

JW didn't so that bad....

No run support though

Barajas is out on 1 pitch from Borland.....fly out to TH

for those who havent seen Borland pitch.....he is hurky jerky side-army

Dessens strikes out swinging

excellent work by Toby

wow.. Toby "Amazing" Borland! Great Job! I hope Nunez and Neal enjoy their stay at AAA :mischief2

due up for the Fish:

DLee

Andy Fox

HollandsRampWasWrongOnHisPickAndIsAshamedWorth

Not sure if I would call 4 runs in 5 innings a solid job....but I guess I wasn't hoping for much.

Derrek flies out to CF on 2 pitches....patience you punk

Not sure if I would call 4 runs in 5 innings a solid job....but I guess I wasn't hoping for much.

solid enough that on a decent offensive night, he leaves with a tie or the lead

Foxy pops to LF

Dessens is only at 94 pitches going into this AB vs TH

Wow.. Hollandsworthless.. nice 2B but you should have done that when we had RISP you piece of crap! :banghead

double for Hollandsworth......

fact of the day: he has 7 doubles....who knew? :lol

come on Banks.....

most of you all love this guy...I hope he comes through

yeah, true enough Ramp. You'd like to give at least a couple of runs to support a minor-league callup, but this team apparently is incapable.

Holly rips a 2-out double. Todd has shown signs of life in the past several games. Not spectacular, but at least he's had some good swings, where earlier it was just one awful at-bat after another.

B sqaured walks on 4 pitches.....

Dessens is getting tired..this will probably be his last batter....

come on JP we need you....

2-0 count to JP...6 straight balls for Dessens...

not a bad idea to walk Banks anyway with Pierre coming up....

give us a single Juan!

2-1 count...taking all the way

its unreal....Pierre puts good wood on the ball but Finley only has to run 10 step to catch the ball.....

this team gets sooooo unlucky at times.....

what about those other times you ask?...thats just plain ugly

That's one of those hits where it's a probably a single for most hitters, but for guys like Pierre & Castillo, the outfield is playing shallow already.

more LOB... This team is a piece of crap when it comes to RISP and situational hitting...
