Who is "available" in our bullpen tonight? I guess Almanza is the most available, but he has pitched two days in a row. Levrault pitched 4 innings yesterday, and Looper, Spooney, and Borland all pitched 2 innings. Tejera is probably going to have to start in this series. If theyre going to skip Pavano's spot in the rotation completely, maybe he could go into the pen for this game at least. Otherwise, good or bad, Wayne might be needed to pitch most of the game tonight.

26 teams have an off day today. And we had to be one of the lucky ones, and had to fly across 3 time zones. Luckily, the Diamondbacks had a doubleheader yesterday in New York, so they played almost as much as we did-but they came out of it with 2 wins.

Its a matter of availability tonight. They would have not even called up Wayne if Pavano wasnt needed yesterday. They needed a pitcher from Albuquerque because the Marlins are playing in Arizona. And Wayne was scheduled to start tonight, so he was their only option.
