November 9, 20214 yr I know it's not Marlins' season, so y'all may not be using the Bally app or website to stream anything, but if any of you are streaming Heat/Panthers games, have you had issues streaming lately? I keep getting error codes like something about a code 11 on my iPhone, and this on PC: I've streamed games at various times for years on Fox Sports Go, and more recently using Bally Sports, up until a few weeks ago, and nothing has changed on my U-Verse account, so I'm not understanding why there's an issue. I've tried multiple browsers and done the whole delete the app thing, and nothing has worked. I sent a message to Bally's support people, and their intial response to my request for help was copy/pasting the troubleshooting instructions, and pushing it off to contact my service provider to see if my package includes streaming...... Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or not?

They are the absolute fucking worst for a variety of fucking reasons.

They play tomorrow on Bally's so I'll have a better idea then! Interestingly, I was able to stream the Heat game last night on both my iPhone and PC. I tried both to test......got a new wifi router recently, so I wondered if somehow that was the issue, but it worked. The Panthers play here shortly, so I'll be attempting again to see if the issue has been fixed or if it's a Panthers-exclusive issue for some rearson.
November 12, 20214 yr Author Amazingly, after I wrote a complaint email, the service has miraculously started working again, despite the support lady's reply being to copy/paste the troubleshooting instructions and blame the service providers.
November 13, 20214 yr Seems like Bally's is working better. not sure if its just me or what, but the sound levels are so fucking low, I have to crank the tv up to 3x higher than I normally have it. Makes for a wild time when I switch off the Bally's app if I forget!
