It wouldn't shock me if organizations have created some boundaries on this considering how it used to be more of an issue. Teams probably found the balance by now. I don't know if it's what you were talking about, but I've never liked when players have too many buttons on their uniform tops undone so that you see whatever they do/don't have on underneath. Top button undone, sure, but undoing that second one means it flops open because of the spacing for the logo/no button there.
