I mean you cant change your entire organizational philosophy 3 times in 5 years and not expect many disasters along the way though.

Which is what the Marlins effectively are doing.

Jeter Denbo plan for 2 -2.5  years

Ng plan for 1.5/2 years

now the Bendix plan

 

Other reality, the Jeter Denbo drafts are the only thing that can actually be judged as far as major league talent at this point.

The 2022 Ng draft which reality is would be half hers and half Denbo/Jeter looks not good overall.

The 2023 Ng draft class looks semi promising but its still a good 3-4 years from a period when you can actually judge it.

This notion of immediate gratification with MLB drafts and IFA is just wild!
