Official Marlins.TV Streaming Pricing - $99.99 for the season

Featured Replies

I got an email last night with official Marlins.TV streaming pricing for the season:

$99.99 for just the Marlins

$149.99 for just MLB.TV

$199.99 for MLB.TV plus Marlins

So it’s the same price that a MLS Season Pass was before they rolled it into the Apple TV+ pricing. However, that MLS pass was for the entire league not just a single team, so for the whole league the MLB package is $100 more, but has far more games in the season.

I still don’t think $99.99 is a bad price.

What I’m not sure about is where you go to get it to display on your TV, say if you have built-in apps on your TV. I’ll have to investigate that later today.

This is what I was expecting. Hard pass for me still. This sucks.

Edit: I mean, the price really isn't that bad I guess. Basically $16.67 a month for every game. I'm just personally too cheap and already have enough streaming apps and cable, and not nearly the free time I once had to set aside for 9 inning baseball games on a regular basis. Hence why I personally struggle to justify the extra expense.

I hear ya. I don't have the time either really....or rather, the time I do have, I'd rather put to other things.

The only reason I'd consider it is if my dad wants it, as I'll get it and use the login for us.

11 fans gona watch them this year. Can we even watch in bars?

From what I remember reading, there was talk of trying to work out something with local channels as well, but not sure if anything has come from that.

I assume as it currently stands, it'd be up to the bar to have a subscription to see the games?

Not like most places ever put the Marlins on anyway lol...
