January 14, 200422 yr According to the urgent news bulletin scrolling across the bottom of my TV, the Bills are set to hire Steelers Offensive Coordinator Mike Mularkey as head coach. Strange, I read that Fassell and Weis were the front-runners. Kinda like a few years back, when Marvin Lewis and John Fox were the front-runners and the Bills hired Williams. I hope it doesn't have the same results. I mean, if I were a Bills fan.
January 14, 200422 yr I think this is a great hire for the Bills. Mularkey almost got the Bengals job last year, they only took Marvin Lewis because they felt he was better prepared for a head coaching job due to his multiple years of interviewing. Mularkey got rave reviews from the front office.
