Worse of all was the traveling call on Schenscherer (somethign like that), immediately followed by Sheldon Williams' hop, step and jump no call. I'm not saying GT would have won or anything - if they couldn't keep their heads in the game after every stoppage in play how could they have held the lead late? St. Joe's/Temple: Impressive showing by St. Joe's against a Big 5 rival. Against Coach Chaney too. Stanford/Oregon: Did Stanford come back from 20 points behind? Mucho respect. But you're still number 3. Still best in the West, not that's anything to be proud of. Clemson/UNC: What? Clemson isn't known for * in bball, but if anything they are known as having better big men than guards. Did the Heels overdo this the low-post coverage? February 1, 200422 yr Illinois looked good yesterday in beating a decent Michigan team fairly easily, 67-52, down at Assembly Hall. Tuesday night, we travel to Bloomington to take on Ramp's Hoosiers. I'm expecting a hard fought, close game in that one.

February 1, 200422 yr on a down note: UM lost a 4 point lead with 2 minutes left to G-town and lose 87-80 in OT after also losing to ND on wednesday and villanova last sunday, thats 3 straight losses now. damn. and arizona lost on Thursday to washington and played a tight game against Washington state yesterday.

I think the Cardinals are the Cubs biggest rival.

Any time 2 teams from the same city play each other, it's a huge rivalry, simple as that.
