Lee Inks 3 year deal with cubs

Featured Replies

He was overrated.

If anything, the guy was underrated. While he wasn't of the caliber of Todd Helton, he was easily as good as Richie Sexson; yet Lee never got 1/4 of the pub that Sexson got.

Well Lee was no slouch in OBP. He had one in the .380's last season. But like I said before Choi and Cordero can easily match the offensive output that Lee put up last year.

I'd be willing to bet money that they don't. While I expect that Choi will eventually be as good offensively as Lee was last year, it ain't happening this year. Cordero is washed-up. The Marlins would be better-off just playing Choi full time and using Cordero as a PH.

Lee is gone. He isn't coming back. Hurray. Go He Who Soup.
