March 20, 200422 yr Key Games for tonight: Raptors vs. Bulls 7:00 EST Knicks vs. Nets 7:30 EST Cavs vs. Jazz 7:30 EST Mavs vs. Celtics 8:00 EST Bulls beat Raptors Knicks beat Nets Jazz beat Cavs Mavs leading by 11 over celtics in 4th :thumbup Cavs lost LBJ returned to game?
March 20, 200422 yr Yea He returned. Cavs Lost is good!!! Not for me. I'm a LBJ fan. Actually I'd love to see Bron and the Cavs in the postseason. That would be incredible entertainment.
March 20, 200422 yr Who would Miami play in the first round? All I can remember is Heat and Knicks....good times
March 20, 200422 yr Either The Pistons, Nets, or Pacers. The Nets would be nice, but I would actually rather see them play the Pacers over the Pistons just because of the Wallaces having so much more size on us.
March 20, 200422 yr Well obviously we can't pick but I'd like New Jersey anyday just because they are beatable if you're able to stop their fastbreak and keep up with their shooting..easier said than done but yeah. Plus, JKidd and KMart both have sore knees and who knows, it could carry into the postseason. I really don't wanna see the Pacers...they have a lot of weapons...they have perimeter shooters, a big man and a feisty Ron Artest. Detroit wouldn't exactly be a breeze either..they really depend on perimeter shooting and D and they also have a lot of weapons....Chauncey, Rip, 'Sheed, etc and Big Ben for D obviously. But let's not jump ahead here, they have to make the playoffs first. That's the biggest goal right now.
March 21, 200422 yr Other games: Bulls beat the Knicks 87-81 Spurs beat the Celtics 103-87 Suns beat the Bucks 123-111 I think the Bucks will lose their 5th seed soon.
March 21, 200422 yr How do the 8 playoff spots get matched up? ex 1 v 5? 2 v 6? Last time I saw the Heat get in I was too young and stupid to remember

March 21, 200422 yr The Heat is in 6th right now... Heat 32-37 Knicks 32-38 Cavs 31-37 But it changes everyday so it's not really too big of a deal...yet.
March 21, 200422 yr It's possible but we're not alone...I mean the Knicks and Cavs are right on our asses so it's gonna be interesting how the seeding will turn out. It's looking more and more everyday that it will end up being the Knicks, Cavs, and Heat for the 3 final playoff contenders because the Celts, Raptors, and 6ers aren't doing much to help their cause..
March 21, 200422 yr I'd rather take that 5th spot or that 7th spot. With the 7th spot we face the nets who are having problems with injuries. at 6 we have the pistions.
March 21, 200422 yr I'd hate to match up against Detroit. From best to worst matchups in 1st round in my opinion: New Orleans, New Jersey, Indiana, Detroit. Lol Celts Raptors and Sixers were the ones expected to make playoffs this season. Now its Heat Knicks and Cavs that are looking like it, whom everyone thought were going to be in the bottom 10 teams. I gotta hand it to Isiah, he did some nice GM'ing.
March 21, 200422 yr Author Gotta hand it to Danny Ainge, he did some nice f***ing up. I disagree. I think that team could be pretty good - but that is dependent on who they get in the draft. I do think that there was some questionable moves. Heat whooped Philly last night. Awesome. I am hoping they make the playoffs so I can watch some games! Damn!!!
March 21, 200422 yr Gotta hand it to Danny Ainge, he did some nice f***ing up. I disagree. I think that team could be pretty good - but that is dependent on who they get in the draft. I do think that there was some questionable moves. I beg to differ. I believe trading Antoine Walker was the wrong thing to do. Granted, Walker was not the best shooter and he did have some knee injuries on his sleeve but him and Paul Pierce had this chemistry you can't replace. They were one of the best duo's in the league both averaging over 20 points. Now, Pierce is stuck with a bunch of mediocre players that he has to carry. In the past, he was able to have an off night and 'Toine could step in and take over and the Celts could pull out a win. Now, if Pierce has an off-night (which he's had quite a few)...it's a big loss for the Celts...you get the point. Also, the loss of Jim O'Brien in my opinion was big. I thought he was the right coach for their style of play. And I'm not sure if I would exactly totally depend on the draft to make my team better.
