What do you expect with Messenger and Resop...they were called up too early because there is no veteran depth in the minors for callups...They aren't ready yet Not being ready but pitching in the majors anyway and not getting the job done still qualifies you as a sack of sh*t. I know our playoff hopes are all but gone, but lets at least end the season on a high note. And to the guy who said the Marlins will look "wayyyy different next season" what are you basing this on? Mikey, AJ, Pierre, and Gonzalez are likely the only starters that will possibly not be there. When 1/2 of your line-up from the previous year is gone I'd call it a big change. The pen and rotation will also be different. Half the lineup gone? Lo Duca, Delgado, Castillo, Cabrera, Hermida, Pierre, quite possibly Gonzalez, Beckett, Willis, Vargas, Conine possibly...returning 11 starters is not losing half of the lineup. Pierre Castillo Cabrera Delgado Lowell Encarnacion Lo Duca Gonzalez P Fine 1/3 of your opening day line-up. I wouldn't be surprised if Delgado and Pierre were traded. Burnett Willis Beckett Vargas Moehler 2/5 of the rotation and God only knows how much of the pen. So yeah, next year's team is will be extremely different.
