  1. mr_eob posted a post in a topic in Miami Marlins
Lets bring David Weathers and Brian Moehler from retirement while we're at it.
  2. I was just watching highlights on Gameday, and after Stanton's hr, at the end of the clip, it looked like the ump was saying something to the Nats dugout. Anyone know what happened there? Gio Gonzales got ejected for yelling at the ump about the strike zone.
  3. Nats announcers are horrendous. Oh yeah, what are they saying? Every ball the Nats hit is "absolutely scorched". Complaining about the umps, whenever they dont get the call. Saying things like, whos the team in 1st place? Typically when you're in 1st place, call go your way. Just a few examples
  4. Nats announcers keep crying about the strike zone, but when FOX track proves them wrong they simply ignore it and dont comment on it. These guys are HORRIBLE!!!!
  5. I think he definitely has been waiting to pounce on the opportunity to publish this article but it doesnt make some of his points invalid. I think Samson and the rest of the gang have left a bad taste in Marlins' fans mouths, not only with previous firesales but with some of the comments made about local politicians and even the fans.
  6. Not sure if he's a habitual Samson/Loria hater but I ran accross this article tonight. Just thought Id share it. http://sports.yahoo....w-stadium-.html
  7. Im not seeing we got anyone else other than Turner. Dont know much about Turner, is this for a long term gain or are they still trying to shake things up for a final push?
  8. Thank God! Great ball game!!!
  9. ATTA BOY HEATH!!!
  10. This is now laughable. Nats Announcer: "great bunt by Ramirez"
  11. Can Ruggiano hit, or WHAT???!!!
  12. "LaRoche has had a nice series with making some loud contact." I remember when a player was great from "loud contact." And dont forget every ball hit by a Nat is "scorched"
  13. The real tools here are the Nats announcers. According to them Dobbs and Hernandez hit for the Marlins in the last inning. God, I hate these guys! We have a Hernandez? Apparently! When Hayes got on base, he said "another hit for Hernandez" Go figure...

  15. I was expecting the ball to stay in after he just stood there. I cant stand when he stands there and stares at the ball, especially when most of the time its not going out of the park.
