Does anyone here have any pics of any proposed Marlins stadium? If so post 'em here. I have a few of a stadium that Loria promised to in Montreal. We all know how that turned out. They claimed that they would be the ones to make baseball have a comeback in Montreal: Proposed Stadium, was supposed to be named Labatt Park, and open in 2002, and only cost $100 Million, Loria sold bricks of the stadium to Expos fans, but then sold the land, returned the money and high-tailed it out of Montreal, he reminds me of that crooked Monorail guy in the Simpsons...

We must give Loria and Samson nicknames... These are perfect: Jeffrey Loria = Monty Burns David Samson = Smithers!

I refuse to support the Washington Nationals (GoNats) especially after they removed all traces of Expos history. So for Marlins fans, I would say screw the team if they leave and cheer for a small market club, anything to keep the few remaining alive. Most of the few baseball fans in Montreal divided between Toronto, Boston, Yankees, Nationals and Marlins, but the majority lost interest.

I hate the Nationals that city has no respect for the city they were moved from... I'm going to root for the Marlins (the new underdog) now that the Expos are gone. I'm just glad they werent succesfully able to move the Expos, I hate seing them suceed in anything. Too bad if the rumours are true though. They did the exact same thing to us...
