  23. Report: Dolphins interested in Boston By Keven Lerner Sun-Sentinel.com Posted March 9 2004, 2:31 PM EST The San Diego Union-Tribune reported today that the Chargers are considering trading David Boston, and that the Dolphins are interested in acquiring the former Pro Bowl receiver. The newspaper also is reporting that the Dolphins' new receivers coach Jerry Sullivan, who coached Boston for four seasons in Arizona, and the former Ohio State star maintained a positive relationship even after Boston left the Cardinals. The Union-Tribune also says Boston is due a $3 million bonus this month, and that it's possible the Chargers are trying to withhold the bonus or recoup $3 million of the $3.9 million in guaranteed salary Boston is due this season. Boston, who signed with San Diego last offseason, had 70 catches for 880 yards and seven touchdowns in 2003. -Credit Sun Sentinal
