  1. Ya, in the same way that my girl is "pro-me" when she's pms'ing.
  2. 39,500 Fri. night, 37,000, Sat. night, 26,000 Sun., 11,300 Monday.
  3. I this both the pro-Hermida and anti-Hermida camps have made good arguments. I guess only time will tell if this guy ends up being worth the frustration. I, for one, think it's too early to start thinking about acquiring a long term right field option because I think this guy still has not proven that he is not it. It may end up being that he has all the tools and either does not have the mental makeup or becomes the right field version of Mark Prior and is never on the field. That would not surprise me, but in any event, it's not time to give up on this guy yet, as frustrating as the situation may be. It's a long season, there is a reason why teams trade top prospects in July and not before the season starts. While it is true that a game in April counts just as much as a game in August in the standings, for all we know, injuries to key players strike to weeks into the season, and the season goes down the drain regardless of who is in right field. No point in trading a promising player in March when there is no indication how the season is going to go. I think someone should get Hermida a 2 month supply of Vagisil so he can get 250 AB's and then see where it goes from there.
  4. Hell...you're prob. right I say trade him just so that I can feel better that he's no longer on this team.
  5. They should trade him right now while someone may still be stupid enough to offer something valuable in return. Reggie sucks, he's no spring chicken either. Seems like a nice guy, but he's terrible. I'm surprised to see him go this early, but it's the right move. If you were a GM of a major league baseball team what would you give in trade for Kool-Aid? I wanna remind you your job depends on the team's performance...I am sure that it wouldn't be very much if anything People salivate over the tools that someone like Reggie has...someone out there would give something in return for him right now. I'm not saying they could get the answer to the CF or Closer problem, but they could get a guy in Single A that has more than 5% of ever being a productive player in the majors, which is more than can be said for Reggie.
  6. Javy Lopez sucks. It's too bad he's a waste of space on the field or I say take a chance on him being a bench player because Aaron Boone is going to suck all year.
  7. When a guy is this hyped, he has to either get hurt or stink it up real bad for a few weeks before he gets sent down. I don't think he'll ever be close to being an all-star or even a middle of the lineup kind of guy. Somebody should throw some 'roids his way.
