Appears James won't be joining any of our minor league systems, just working out in Jupiter with the team for a few weeks and then going back to Oklahoma for the off season.

    Interesting.
  3. Ricky pitched well in June (ERA under 2). Keep it up. :notworthy
  4. Ricky 2.0 has been awesome. He's exactly what the Marlins have needed to turn things around. If Volstad and West rebound a bit we are in pretty good shape rotation wise. Volstad already has Agreed.
  5. Gaby can't be much worse than Emilio. Although he isn't as fast. :mad
  6. Management will probably wait a while (how long is anyone's guess) to see if we are still in the race in a few weeks or so. If we are, trading for a closer or 3B will probably be looked at. If not, I don't expect a guy like Dan Uggla to be here past the trade deadline.
  7. The guy throws strikes. Let me repeat: Throws Strikes. If Matty had his control, he'd be a lights out closer.
  8. I might go to a game or two. I'll be in Treasure Island this Saturday till at least next Saturday. I'm not sure, yet.
  9. I voted for Ricky. Why Emilio is a choice I'll never know. Almost made 2 errors tonight.
