June 30, 200916 yr Marlins defeat the Nationals 3-2. Nolasco: 8 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 8 SO Save: Nunez 2B: Carroll (3), Ramirez (25), Helms (3) 3B: Bonifacio (3)
June 30, 200916 yr Minus Anibal, Plus West, and we have our best starting rotation since the Beckett-Burnett-Willis-Pavano-Redman era.
June 30, 200916 yr great game by ricky and really should have only given up 1 run. paulino keeps crsushing the ball but doesnt have much to show. offense needs to get going.
June 30, 200916 yr Minus Anibal, Plus West, and we have our best starting rotation since the Beckett-Burnett-Willis-Pavano-Redman era. Redman sucked!!! Especially in the playoffs replace him with Penny.
June 30, 200916 yr I pick up Noly. He shows great performance that it seems to 2008 form. and we stop the losing streak.
June 30, 200916 yr Rough 2nd inning but he bounced back and pitched a gem. Gotta give it to Ricky but Bonerface did well and has hit lefties well all season long.
June 30, 200916 yr My vote, without a doubt, goes to Ricky. We're escalating step by step gentlmen :cool
June 30, 200916 yr Minus Anibal, Plus West, and we have our best starting rotation since the Beckett-Burnett-Willis-Pavano-Redman era. Redman sucked!!! Especially in the playoffs replace him with Penny. What are you talking about? Redman was one of my favorite players from that 2003 team
June 30, 200916 yr Glad to see the fish win one. Living in VA, i've been stuck with MASN telecasts for the O's series and now the Nats. That plus most of the Rays series by Rays announcers...makes me appreciate watching Rich and Tommy on MLB extra innings. Nats announcers are particularly bad....but they were ripping our crowd (or lack thereof) big time tonight.
June 30, 200916 yr I voted for Ricky. Though Hanley is doing his best to carry the offense on his back.
June 30, 200916 yr Dude, we must acquire Pudge... This season Baker/Paulino > Pudge really....unless you don't care about defense and actually controlling the running game
June 30, 200916 yr Minus Anibal, Plus West, and we have our best starting rotation since the Beckett-Burnett-Willis-Pavano-Redman era. Redman sucked!!! Especially in the playoffs replace him with Penny. No Redman, and we probably don't make the playoffs. Redman was rock solid all year for the Marlins
June 30, 200916 yr really....unless you don't care about defense and actually controlling the running game I don't care about that when it comes with a .674 OPS.
June 30, 200916 yr really....unless you don't care about defense and actually controlling the running game I don't care about that when it comes with a .674 OPS. who are you talking about?
June 30, 200916 yr really....unless you don't care about defense and actually controlling the running game I don't care about that when it comes with a .674 OPS. who are you talking about? He's talking about Pudge. But he has a .691 OPS. Damn you bobob for holding, get your stats right.
June 30, 200916 yr Pudge. I misunderstood what he was saying, I thought he was comparing Paulino/Baker to 2003 Pudge.
June 30, 200916 yr The Nats announcers were gushing over how good the Marlins hitters made Olsen look tonight.
