Spain bombings could be work of Muslim militants

Yeah, it apparently changed since this morning. Initially the bomb was thought to be the work of ETA, a group in Spain that has been bombing for the past decade and was part of the Civil War 60 years ago, in Paiz Vasco. They are basically separatists.

News reports are saying that Al Qaeda claimed responsibility.

Yeah, on my AOL Welcome Screen it says that "Al Qaeda claims it was their work"

That's terrible. It is something that sticks in your head. Awful news.

I don't understand how after this bombing Democrats can say the War with Iraq was unilateral. Today is the day Spaniards elect a new parliament.

We should have been more focused on Al Qaeda than Iraq.

 

Knowing the Spaniards are extremely Communistic, Aznar helping the United States in the War on Iraq won't help his cause...
