March 14, 200422 yr Panthers beat the Rangers in OT! Only 7 points out of it with an important game against the Isles on Tuesday, who play the Lightning twice next week! Meanwhile the Cats play the Canes and then two games against slumping Atlanta and Buffalo!
March 14, 200422 yr Author we need points every game and the Isles need to stop winning altogether You know it and the two big OT wins are going to helps us a lot. A big four point swing is next week as the Panthers play the Isles. JayBo is on a point scoring streak (3 assits in two games) as well as Audette (Two assists in two games). Lyle Odelein keeps getting better and looking like a young 26 year old defensemen again!
March 14, 200422 yr Author wow...Hockey sounds confusing... But yeah...Go Panthers!! You've got to learn hockey MiggysLadi, tsk tsk...
March 14, 200422 yr Well, I've been to a Panther game. It's a start! The first thing I wanna know..you know how they have like 4 categories when they show teams' records.. Is it Win-Losses-Ties- and ???? Points? :confused
March 14, 200422 yr W-L-T-Overtime Loss W:2 points L: 0 T:1 for both teams OTL: OT winner gets 2, OT loser gets 1 Also, points for a player's stats include goals, and assists.
March 14, 200422 yr marlins playoff hopes equal saddams hopes for freedom: ZERO holy s***. just noticed sorry i f***ed up definitely meant panthers.....
March 14, 200422 yr Author marlins playoff hopes equal saddams hopes for freedom: ZERO holy s***. just noticed sorry i f***ed up definitely meant panthers..... Manatees chance of surviving in Florida=Zero... The Panthers have the same amount chance to make the playoffs that the Fish had this late in the season. 7 points isn't insurmountable, especially when you play the team on the backend of two straight games with the first one in Tampa. Oh yeah, the Panthers play three slumping teams after the Isles while they play the Lightning twice...
March 14, 200422 yr PANTHERS/NHL CHANCES OF PLAYING NEXT YEAR = ZERO its pretty easy to say that the manatees chances of survival here are zero, because theyre already gone this "playoff chase" for the cats is nothing like the marlins, becuase the marlins were either right there or in the lead for september

Your hockey knowledge is incredibly slim as to the fact the Isles are screwed by Tampa twice in one week and we have the slumping teams schedule...
March 15, 200422 yr I don't care IF management wants to build for the future, the Panthers need to get into the playoffs this year and they need to score more goals and give Luongo a chance in every game. Man that would be so sweet seeing the Panthers back in the playoffs
March 15, 200422 yr Panthers can't make it, 7 points is the equivalent of 3.5 games out, and Valeri Bure is gone. Luongo should win the Vezina, but that's about it for the Panthers, besides there's no way in hell they'd beat the Leafs or Flyers in the first round, so they might as well get a decent pick.

Why they have done well agianst both teams, and besides we would play the Lightning barring a breakdown...
March 15, 200422 yr The Lightning are hotter than their namesake. They can take 2 out of 2 from the Isles if given the chance. The Panthers must win all their games though, that is the hard part.
March 16, 200422 yr Panthers can't make it, 7 points is the equivalent of 3.5 games out, and Valeri Bure is gone. Luongo should win the Vezina, but that's about it for the Panthers, besides there's no way in hell they'd beat the Leafs or Flyers in the first round, so they might as well get a decent pick. Isn't it enough for the Panthers just to make it to the playoffs this year and actually build some momentum into next season? I mean interest in the Panthers is at a all time low and this team needs something, ANYTHING, to rebuild the interest that was once there for this team. First round and out or not, a playoff berth would be really sweet for this team!
March 16, 200422 yr I have faith in the Cats especially after the run the Marlins made to prove that nobody is ever out of it even teams with little to no fan support.
